1. What areas do you service?

We are currently handling freight that originates out of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region, with any of the 50 States and Canada as a destination.

2. Will you broker out my freight?

Sending your freight out to the lowest bidder sacrifices quality, but many companies still use this as their business model — not us. Your freight starts with you and finishes with us, period. We take accountability and responsibility in assuring that we exceed your expectations. Plus, we want all the credit.

3. Is my freight going to be hauled with merchandise or items from another client?

Our work is expedited, and expedited backwards spells dedicated. (Ok, it doesn’t — but it should!) When you book with us, you are getting dedicated service, and not being lumped in with others. We give our drivers one task at a time. They like it that way.

4. Can you guarantee that my freight or parcel will be delivered as requested?

We can and we will.  

Requests received by 0900 EST within a 150-mile radius qualify for guaranteed same-day delivery.
Requests received by 1300 EST within a 100-mile radius qualify for guaranteed next-day delivery.
Requests received by 1800 EST within a 200-mile radius qualify for guaranteed overnight delivery by 0800 EST.

If extenuating circumstances should happen to arise outside of our control (natural disasters, state mandate, etc.), we will immediately communicate this with you and work quickly to find the best solution.

We will always guarantee free delivery if we don’t fulfill our commitment.

5. Is tracking available?

Yes! We offer real-time, precise tracking with every shipment, powered by Google Earth.

6. What type of insurance do you carry?

General Liability: $100,000,000 with a $2,000,000 Aggregate
Cargo Coverage: $150,000
Umbrella: $4,000,000
Workers' Compensation

7. What kinds of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or ACH/Wire Transfer.

8. What will you ship?

The shorter list is what we won’t ship — any illegal substances, guns, cash, jewelry, precious metals, or certain hazardous materials.
